Mission Statement

Landtech Support Systems provides real estate closing, title and escrow software as well as Training, Escrow Accounting Services, Digital File Scanning and Indexing Services and Internet based Network Data Backup Services primarily to title and escrow professionals across the United States.

Our primary goal is to contribute to the success of our clients by providing state of the art, user-friendly technology and professional services.  We work with all of our clients “one-on-one” to assure the client’s proficiency in using our technology to further their business objectives in the most cost effective manner.  Professionals new to the industry can particularly benefit from our personal approach

We understand that rules, customs and procedures in the real estate closing, title and escrow business can differ widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and we strive to provide our services customized to accommodate those differences.

Our training programs are geared to the novice company, which has never handled a real estate transaction, as well as title giants who handle hundreds or thousands or transactions per month.

Trust and Confidence are attributes we value highly and work diligently to earn and keep the trust and confidence of our clients.

Edwin G. Generes: Ed, who is a 1971 graduate of the University of New Orleans with a B.S. degree in Accounting, founded Landtech Support Systems in 1993 and has been the driving force behind the Company since that time. Ed is a former practicing CPA in Louisiana and, prior to forming LSS, was for 16 years responsible for maintaining the custody, control, licensing and accounting for massive amounts of confidential information owned by some of the largest corporations in America.

Katherine F. Generes: Kathy holds a B.S. degree in Medical Technology from the University of New Orleans and started First Trust Accounting Services in 1998.  She currently oversees quality assurance for First Trust.

Eric G. Generes: Eric received a B.A. degree in 1996 from Florida State University and has been with LSS since 2003.  Eric is responsible for installation, training and local support for the Landtech Real Estate Settlement System.

Ashley E. Hefler: Ashley is a 2006 graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in Finance.  Ashley joined LSS out of college and currently manages the day-to-day operations of First Trust Accounting Services.

Troy D. Jones: Troy is manager of Gulf South Document Imaging, LLC, our document scanning and indexing company.  Prior to joining GSDI in 2005, Troy had over several years experience in the document scanning, indexing and retrieval industry.
